Why your business may be listed
To help homeowners find local trades and home services, Home Done compiles listings from publicly available business information and licensed data providers. Your business may appear before you’ve engaged with us. We want every listing to be accurate and fair — and you’re always in control of yours.
Claim your listing — free
Claiming is free and lets you manage your profile, correct your details and choose how you appear. You can claim your listing from your business’s profile page, or by emailing hello@homedone.com.au. We may ask you to verify that you represent the business.
Correct your details
If anything on your listing is inaccurate — contact details, services or otherwise — tell us and we’ll fix it, or you can edit it yourself once you’ve claimed the listing. Email hello@homedone.com.au.
Request removal or opt out
You can ask us to remove your listing at any time. Email hello@homedone.com.au from a verifiable business contact and we’ll action it promptly. Once removed, your listing is hidden from the public site; we may retain limited information needed to keep your business suppressed and to honour your request, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
About ratings and reviews
- Ratings and review content shown on listings are sourced from public and third-party sources.
- Where we summarise reviews, we aggregate them into themes — we only surface a negative theme when it appears across multiple reviews, and we use measured language.
- We do not author reviews, and we never change a rating in exchange for payment.
- If you believe a review breaches the source platform’s policies (for example, it’s fake or off-topic), the original review usually sits on that platform; contact us and we’ll help where we can.

- We never condition your reputation, ranking or visibility on payment.
- We aim for accuracy and fairness, and we respond to requests promptly.
