M&B Cleaning and Removals
Customers mention a friendly, organised team clearing packed houses and sheds efficiently.
The two customers mention clearing a packed house and shed, one of them with timber and tools. Both reviews point to the same things: on time, organised, friendly, and efficient. That's not much data, but it's consistent. For a job like a deceased estate or a whole-house cleanout, the pattern here is encouraging. You'd still want to ask for a firm quote and confirm how many people come on the day.

About M&B Cleaning and Removals
They clear out houses and sheds packed with bric-a-brac, furniture, timber and tools. Reviews mention a team that turns up on time and works through the lot efficiently. The business name points to cleaning alongside removals, so jobs likely include a tidy-up after loading. It's a small local outfit with about 15 years behind it in Ballarat Central. Customers describe them as friendly, organised, and thoughtful. One job covered a large shed full of timber and tools plus a house full of furniture. That suggests they handle the heavy, awkward stuff rather than just shifting boxes. Best suited for deceased estates, downsizing, or a full garage clearout.
Best for: whole-house and shed clearouts with heavy items, deceased estate cleanups, and jobs where you need removals plus a clean afterwards.
