R&N Elite Painting Services
The named crew on your job, like Michael or Rex, gets praised for being friendly and easy to deal with.
The consistent thread is that the team is professional, friendly, and easy to deal with. Michael, Lachlain, Rex, and Nigel get named across different jobs, which suggests a stable small crew rather than whoever is free. One review comes from NDIS housing work, so they have handled a more formal job setting. With only seven reviews total, you are partly trusting the crew names and the vibe over a long track record. Worth asking who exactly will be on your job and whether they can show past work similar to yours.

About R&N Elite Painting Services
R&N Elite Painting Services runs on a small crew that handles both interior work and outdoor timber jobs like pergolas. Michael and Lachlain painted two pergolas in one job and were singled out for being professional and friendly. Rex and Nigel are the other names that show up, so you are likely getting the owners on the tools rather than an unknown crew. One review comes from NDIS housing work, which is a different pressure to a normal family home. Communication gets brought up more than once as smooth and easy, so the admin side seems light. The business has only been around about a year and has seven reviews total, so treat this as a first look rather than a proven track record. Best suited to straight painting jobs where you want the team on site to be the people whose names you already know.
Best for: straightforward interior repaints, outdoor timber jobs like pergolas, and NDIS or property manager work where clear communication matters.

Who actually does the painting work at R&N Elite?+
Reviews name Michael, Lachlain, Rex, and Nigel across different jobs. That points to a small crew rather than a rotating list of subcontractors. Ask when booking who will be turning up, especially if you want a specific named painter.
Do they handle NDIS or property management work?+
One reviewer said R&N Elite completed work at an NDIS house and planned to use them again for future NDIS work. That suggests they can manage more formal job requirements. If your job involves NDIS paperwork or property manager sign-off, confirm the process before lock-in.
What types of painting jobs do reviews mention?+
The sample covers interior painting and outdoor timber work, specifically two pergolas. That gives them a reasonable spread across indoor and exterior surfaces. With only seven reviews total, there is not much evidence yet for specialty finishes or heritage work.
Are they a local Sebastopol crew?+
They are listed as based in Sebastopol, VIC. Reviews do not mention specific travel areas beyond the jobs themselves. For anything outside their home suburb, just ask if they cover your address.
