Smith Constructions
A local Bunbury partnership praised for employing locals and supporting the community.
The single review praises them as a local company employing locals and supporting the community. No reviewer names a crew member, a job type, a price, or a completion time. With that little detail, you can't yet tell how they actually handle a full bathroom strip out. Ask for photos of recent Bunbury bathroom work and the name of whoever will run your job.

About Smith Constructions
The name says general contractor, but the Google listing points to bathroom renovation. No reviews are detailed enough to confirm which part of the business is busiest. They hire locals and support the community, which one reviewer valued enough to mention. The business has only three Google reviews total, so much of what you'd normally check is still unknown. Anyone hiring in Bunbury should ask which crew member runs bathroom jobs, since no names appear in reviews yet. Confirm whether pricing is fixed at quote or varies once walls come out. Ask to see photos of completed bathrooms if you're weighing them against more-reviewed renovators. Treat the five-star rating as a starting point, not a pattern, because the sample is tiny.
Best for: Bunbury homeowners who want to back a local crew early, smaller bathroom projects where you can check recent work directly, and jobs where you're happy asking pointed questions before booking.

How many local reviews does Smith Constructions actually have?+
They have 3 Google reviews total. We could only read one in detail. It praises local employment and community support, but gives no detail on specific bathroom jobs. Treat the feedback as very early.
What kind of work does Smith Constructions focus on?+
Their Google listing sits under bathroom renovation and general contractor. The specifics beyond that are not clear from the reviews. Ask directly whether they run complete bathrooms or only parts of the job.
Does Smith Constructions hire local Bunbury workers?+
One reviewer said they are a fantastic local company employing locals and supporting the community. That was the whole review. There is no further detail to verify how regularly this happens.
Who will manage my bathroom renovation?+
No crew member names appear in the reviews. Since it operates as a partnership, ask who will be on site for demo, waterproofing, and finishes. A face-to-face name means more than a company name.
Are there photos of finished bathroom projects?+
The reviews do not mention photos. Ask for a portfolio of completed Bunbury bathrooms, especially any from the last two years. That is your best check while the review count is still low.
