Hervey Bay Lawnmowing
Simon has stepped in for same-day end-of-lease garden rescues when other operators fell through.
That said, the pattern across those 4 reviews is notably consistent: Simon is named in almost every one, always in the context of showing up when he said he would and leaving the yard in noticeably better shape than he found it. The standout signal is his responsiveness to urgent requests — one lease-end job came together same-day after another operator fell through, which suggests he's genuinely flexible rather than just claiming to be. If you're booking a routine lawn service and want more reviews to draw confidence from, you might keep an eye on this profile as it grows; if you need someone reliable for an end-of-lease cleanup or a one-off garden rescue in the Hervey Bay area, the existing evidence points squarely in his direction.

About Hervey Bay Lawnmowing
Simon runs this sole-trader lawn and garden operation solo, which means the person you speak to on the phone is the same person turning up with the mower. Reviews call out three things specifically: punctuality, attention to detail on overgrown or neglected gardens, and the ability to handle urgent, same-day requests — one customer was on their final day of a lease with a lawn mowing company that had just fallen through, and Simon filled the gap. The work scope goes beyond basic mowing: hedge trimming, whipper snipping, rubbish removal, and restoring heavily overgrown gardens all appear in the review sample. That breadth makes him a practical choice for end-of-lease cleanups, rental turnarounds, and one-off garden rescues rather than just routine fortnightly cuts. Simon is described as communicative from the first enquiry — flexible on scheduling and straightforward to deal with — which matters when you're trying to coordinate a job around handover deadlines or tenancy timelines. Based in Kawungan and active in the Hervey Bay area, he's been operating for around seven years.
Best for: end-of-lease lawn and garden cleanups requiring fast turnaround, restoring heavily overgrown or neglected gardens, and homeowners who want to deal directly with the person doing the work rather than a crew.

Can Hervey Bay Lawnmowing handle urgent or same-day bookings?+
Based on the reviews available, Simon has taken on same-day jobs when his schedule allows — one customer called on their final lease day after another company fell through, and Simon fitted them in. That said, availability will vary depending on his current workload. It's worth calling rather than messaging if your job is time-sensitive, as reviews suggest he's responsive from first contact.
What types of garden work does Simon take on beyond basic mowing?+
Reviews mention lawn mowing, whipper snipping, hedge trimming, and rubbish removal all handled in a single visit. Customers have also engaged him for restoring heavily overgrown gardens rather than just routine cuts, so he appears comfortable with more involved cleanup jobs. If you have a specific task in mind, it's worth describing it when you enquire — reviews suggest he communicates clearly about what he can do.
Is Hervey Bay Lawnmowing suitable for end-of-lease property cleanups?+
From the reviews we saw, this appears to be a genuine strength. One customer specifically used Simon for an end-of-lease lawn and garden job on the day keys were due back, and described the outcome as very satisfying. If you're coordinating around a tenancy deadline, the combination of flexibility and same-day availability that reviewers mention makes this worth considering.
What areas does Hervey Bay Lawnmowing service?+
The business is based in Kawungan and operates in the Hervey Bay area. Reviews don't specify exact suburb coverage beyond that, so if you're on the edge of the region it's worth confirming directly with Simon before booking.
What do customers say about the quality of Simon's work?+
Across the 4 reviews we reviewed, the consistent thread is attention to detail and a noticeable improvement in how the garden looks after the job — phrases like 'eye for detail' and 'takes pride in the work' appear more than once. One customer described their yard as transformed beyond expectations. With only 7 total reviews to draw from, the sample is small, but the feedback is uniform in tone.
