Gutter-Vac Melton
✓ ClaimedAbdul Halim personally handles gutter and solar work, then shows customers before and after photos of every job.
The strongest thread is that Abdul Halim turns up on time, does the job, and leaves the place cleaner than he found it. People also bring up the photos. Before and after shots of the gutters, the roof, and the panels come up in 13 separate reviews, enough to call it a habit rather than a one-off. Two reviewers mention his vacuum setup specifically, with one calling the suction stronger than the Dyson at home. The same names keep appearing, mostly Abdul and Halim, occasionally an assistant, so this looks like a small owner-run outfit. For a homeowner deciding whether to book, the practical question is access. He handles double-storey gutters, solar panels, and roofs without complaints about damage or mess. Ask about timing if your job is urgent because the reviews show same-day and next-day booking, but a morning slot is safest with a small crew.

About Gutter-Vac Melton
Most of the praise here comes down to Abdul Halim, who clearly runs the jobs personally. You see solar panel cleaning and solar mesh installs mentioned over and over, not just gutters. Reviewers got bird-proofing on 33 panels, gutter guard removal and reinstalling, and one roof clean after droppings covered it. He sends before and after photos, which people mention more than almost anything else. The busy work stretches beyond gutters into house washing, window cleaning, and cutting back creepers. Communication is regular and specific. One customer got a quote within the hour, then a booking text for the next morning. Another could track him on the way to the house. The standard job seems to be tidy, fast, and finished with a report of what needs attention next. If your gutters are high on a double storey or messed up by birds, this is the kind of operator reviews suggest calling first.
Best for: gutter vacuum cleaning on double-storey homes, solar panel cleaning and bird-proofing, and tidy all-round outdoor maintenance jobs.
Common questions about Gutter-Vac Melton
Does Gutter-Vac Melton clean solar panels as well as gutters?+
Yes. Solar panel cleaning appears in at least 15 of the 50 reviews we read. Abdul installed solar mesh on 33 panels for one customer, cleared bird droppings for another, and several reviewers mention panels being cleaned until they looked new again.
Who will actually turn up to do the work?+
Most reviewers name Abdul Halim, sometimes with an assistant or associate. A stable owner-operator pattern rather than a rotating cast. If dealing with a diagnostic or unusual job, ask specifically for Abdul at booking time.
Do they handle two-storey homes?+
Yes. At least three reviewers specifically mention double-storey homes. The vacuum method is often used up high so no one is on the roof working against gravity with a bucket and hose.
What is their pricing like?+
The review sample leans to fair and reasonable. A few customers called it the cheapest quote around after shopping it. Exact prices are not stated in the reviews, so confirm the total after the scope is checked on site.
Do they show proof the work was done?+
Yes. Before and after photos and a condition report are supplied after the job. Several reviewers mention receiving these and finding useful advice about leaks, damaged tiles, and future upkeep.
