About The Local Guys Pest Control - Camp Hill
This is a locally owned franchise of The Local Guys, focused on Norman Park and nearby suburbs like Coorparoo, Camp Hill, and Mount Gravatt. They cover the full pest range, from termites and rodents to bed bugs, wasps, and possums. Termite inspections and treatments done to AS 3660 are a specific specialty, so they can handle pre-purchase or annual checks. They offer a free service period on eligible treatments, which means you get a callback window if pests return. Every job includes a detailed service report, so you know what was treated and what to watch for. The franchise owner is local to the area and runs the business as a small operation rather than a call-centre branch. They back their work with $20 million public liability and $1 million professional indemnity cover. This suits homeowners who want transparent upfront pricing and licensed techs without the big-chain runaround. They also handle end of lease pest control, which helps if you're moving out and need a receipt for your bond.
Best for: termite inspections and treatments around Norman Park, end of lease pest control with proper documentation, and general household pest jobs like cockroaches, spiders, and rodents.

Do they handle termite inspections and treatments?+
