Merritt Plumbing & Gas
Chad's pricing has repeatedly come in under the big-name companies, with punctual work on bathroom renos and general plumbing.
The positive reviews consistently mention pricing that undercuts the big-name companies, with Chad himself getting named for punctual, efficient work across bathrooms, toilets, and general plumbing. A property manager says communication around bookings is a genuine strength, which helps when you need work scheduled around tenants or trades. The two negative reviews take aim at very different things, so there isn't a clear pattern beyond the fact that this is a small business with polarized feedback. Given the small sample, treat the enthusiasm as encouraging but ask Chad directly about any job involving underfloor work or specific timelines.

A property manager says booking is flexible and communication is straightforward, which matters if you're coordinating trades around a tenant. Customers repeatedly note pricing comes in below the big-name quotes, with one saying the difference was substantial.
