THM Carpet Cleaning
Customers describe a quick, professional clean that leaves the home feeling noticeably fresher.
Customers mention the place feeling cleaner and fresher afterwards, with one noting the freshness stuck around. The other thread is a straight professional job, on time and finished quickly. One review also references environmentally friendly products and methods, which flags a possible preference rather than a verified policy. For a newer sole trader with only three reviews, the honest move is to ring and ask about their process, products, and drying time before booking.

About THM Carpet Cleaning
It's a one-person carpet cleaning operation in Nerrina, likely owner-run, so you know who is turning up on the day. The reviews talk about attention to detail and a home that feels noticeably fresher afterwards, which suggests thorough extraction rather than a quick surface pass. One customer specifically valued that the cleaning products are environmentally friendly, so this could suit households with pets, kids, or sensitivities. The work is described as quick but with results that lasted, so they don't seem to drag jobs out. If you want a straight residential clean without a big franchise crew, this is the kind of outfit to call.
Best for: standard residential carpet refreshes, households wanting eco-friendly cleaning products, and homeowners who prefer a direct owner-operated booking.

What kind of cleaning products does THM Carpet Cleaning use?+
One customer mentioned they were pleased the work appeared to use environmentally friendly supplies and methods. The reviews don't spell out exact product names, so ask directly if you need a fragrance-free or fully green clean.
How long does a typical carpet clean take?+
The limited feedback says they arrive on time and finish quickly. That likely points to standard residential rooms rather than whole-house commercial jobs, but confirm timing when you book.
Do they handle pet stains or heavy odours?+
Reviews don't specifically mention pet stains or odour treatment. If that's your main issue, call ahead and describe the problem so they can tell you whether their process will handle it.
Is this a franchise or an owner-operated business?+
The listing suggests a sole trader, so you're likely dealing with the owner rather than a rotating crew. That can mean more consistent service, though the small review base means it's worth confirming who will attend.
