Eco Pressure Washing Services
A local one-person pressure washing service that can deliver a first-time result when the job is booked directly.
One customer flatly says the work was outstanding and the result came out right the first time, which is worth knowing for a pressure washing job. The other review describes missed and dropped phone calls while trying to organise a roof clean for a nearby property. That is a small sample of recent reviews, so treat this as a first look rather than a pattern. Given the overall rating is 3.7 from just 3 reviews, the safest move is to confirm availability and price directly before you plan your week around the job. It's a sole trader with around 26 years in Sebastopol, and the positive review suggests the actual washing is done well.

About Eco Pressure Washing Services
It's a one-person pressure washing operation, which means the person you book is the person on your roof. Nearly 26 years in business suggests they've seen plenty of Sebastopol weather and the grime that comes with it. The only review that mentions specific work calls it outstanding with a terrific result, so they can clearly deliver a good clean. The other review raises a question about communication booking a roof clean through a third party. That makes this best suited to a direct homeowner who knows the job scope and gets along with the operator. It's a practical pick for straightforward house washing, roof cleaning, and driveway work where you'd prefer a local sole trader over a franchise. Confirm your booking and job details in writing, because the review trail is too thin to judge how quickly they pick up messages. For standard pressure washing around Sebastopol, you get decades of local experience without a big-crew overhead.
Best for: straightforward house washing, roof cleaning, and driveway cleaning around Sebastopol where you'd rather book a local sole trader directly.

What kind of pressure washing does Eco Pressure Washing Services do?+
The business name and one review point to standard residential work like roof cleaning and exterior washing. There's not enough review detail to be sure they do specialised commercial or fleet cleaning. Confirm your exact surface and job scope with them directly.
Do they service the wider Ballarat area or just Sebastopol?+
The business is based in Sebastopol. One reviewer mentioned trying to arrange a roof clean for a property around the corner, which suggests local work is their normal range. Ask about nearby Ballarat suburbs when you call.
How reliable is their communication?+
One review mentions phone calls being dropped during a booking attempt. Another reviewer had no issues and was happy with the result. With so few reviews, you'd be smart to confirm your booking and job details directly rather than assuming the call flow is smooth.
Is this a registered business?+
Yes, Eco Pressure Washing Services is GST registered and operates as a sole trader. That means you're dealing with the owner directly rather than a large office team.
