Bendigo Sewing Machine Service
Kieran routinely drops everything to fix machines for a professional dressmaker on deadline.
Kieran is the name that turns up most, praised for dropping everything to get a machine back to a professional dressmaker on deadline. Several customers mention he spotted and fixed small issues a new owner wouldn't notice, like a missing presser foot he sold for $5 on the spot. The shop does more than sewing machines. A few reviewers came in for carpet mats and left happy with the quality and price. No one mentions turning up and finding the shop closed or a job delayed, so the operation seems reliable. If you're a tradie or maker who can't afford downtime, Kieran's willingness to work around your schedule is the standout.

About Bendigo Sewing Machine Service
Kieran is the name you'll hear again and again. He runs the shop and handles most repairs himself, so you're getting the owner's attention on your machine. A professional dressmaker says he always drops everything to help, which tells you he works around your deadlines. Beyond repairs, they sell sewing machine needles and overlocking thread at prices customers call fantastic. The shop also turns carpet remnants into custom rugs and mats, a niche service that surprises a lot of first-time visitors. If you need a second-hand machine, they stock those too. The vibe is old-school helpful, not a quick transactional fix. Worth knowing they overlock carpet mats in any size, so it's not just sewing machines here.
Best for: urgent sewing machine repairs when you can't afford downtime, affordable overlocker servicing, and turning leftover carpet into custom rugs.
