Solar Care Group Pty Ltd
✓ VerifiedEddie and Jules pair solar panel cleaning with thorough gutter and pressure washing, often in one visit.
The clearest strength is a crew that turns up on time, explains what they are doing, and leaves the place spotless. Eddie and Jules get named most often, with Keoke also picking up praise for a thorough job. Several customers booked solar cleaning and gutter or pressure washing in one visit, which is the practical way to use them. Nothing in the reviews suggests hidden fees or pushy upsells, and pricing gets called reasonable more than once. If you have a mixed exterior cleanup, ask for a bundled quote so Eddie and Jules can do it in one trip.

Common questions about Solar Care Group Pty Ltd
Does Solar Care Group do more than solar panel cleaning?+
Yes. Reviews mention solar panel cleaning, gutter cleaning, gutter guard installation, roof cleaning, pressure washing, and external house cleaning. Several customers bundled multiple jobs into one visit. Ask Eddie for a combined quote if your property needs both panels and exterior surfaces done.
Who will be doing the work?+
Eddie and Jules are the most frequently named crew members, with Keoke also mentioned. Eddie tends to handle quoting and appointment confirmation, while Jules is praised for detailed pressure cleaning. It reads like a small consistent team rather than whoever is free that day.
Do they cover my area?+
Their listed service area is broad, running from Tweed Heads and Cabarita Beach down through Murwillumbah and Byron Bay, and up into the Gold Coast. Reviews include properties outside the immediate Cabarita Beach area. Confirm your exact suburb with them before booking.
Are they reliable with timing?+
Yes, on the evidence available. Multiple reviews mention the team arriving on time, and one customer said Eddie called the day before to confirm the appointment. No reviewers mentioned late arrivals or missed bookings.
What do customers say about pricing?+
Pricing gets called reasonable, competitive, and good value in several reviews. One business owner said they offered a fair deal for a full property pressure wash. There is no evidence in the sample of hidden fees or aggressive upselling.
