About No longer in business
A carpet cleaning partnership that operated out of Wondunna for roughly two decades, this business positioned itself in the Hervey Bay area as an accessible, fairly priced option for residential carpet care. With around 22 years of active trading, the experience behind the work isn't trivial — that kind of longevity in a regional Queensland market generally means the operators knew their local clientele well. The single reviewed job points to a team that showed up professionally and priced the work competitively, which matters in a service category where hidden charges after the quote are a common complaint. The business is now closed, so while the track record offers useful context for understanding what was available in the area, any homeowner currently looking for carpet cleaning in Wondunna will need to look elsewhere. If you're researching alternatives, the pricing-conscious and polite approach described here is worth using as a benchmark when comparing active local providers.
Best for: understanding the local carpet cleaning market in Hervey Bay as historical context, and using past pricing and service benchmarks to evaluate currently active providers.

Is this carpet cleaning business still operating in Wondunna?+
No — this business is no longer in operation. The listing is maintained for reference purposes, but homeowners in the Wondunna and Hervey Bay area will need to seek an active alternative. If you're comparing providers, the pricing and professionalism noted in past reviews can serve as a useful baseline for evaluating other local carpet cleaners.
What did customers say about this business's pricing?+
The one review available specifically calls out the pricing as the best in the area, which suggests they were competitive against other local carpet cleaners at the time. Reviews don't go into detail about specific rates or job sizes, so it's not possible to say whether this applied to small rooms, whole-house cleans, or commercial jobs. With only 3 total reviews on record, treat this as one person's experience rather than a broad pattern.
What type of carpet cleaning did this business specialise in?+
The available data doesn't specify whether they focused on steam cleaning, dry cleaning, or another method. Their Google category listing includes laundry alongside carpet cleaning, which may suggest they handled a broader range of textile and fabric care beyond just carpets. Reviews don't mention specific equipment or techniques, so this is an area where you'd have needed to ask them directly when they were active.
How long had this business been operating before it closed?+
The business was active for approximately 22 years before closing, suggesting the operators had substantial hands-on experience in the Wondunna and wider Hervey Bay market. That kind of tenure in a regional area typically reflects familiarity with local housing types and customer expectations. Unfortunately the closure means that experience is no longer available to new customers.
