Dinnos Carpet Cleaning and Pest Control
✓ ClaimedReviewers book Dinnos for rental exits where carpets and pests get sorted in the one visit.
Lots of people call Dinnos when moving out, and many mention the same visit covering carpet, sofa, and pest spray. Names matter here: Dinno and Jwan work as a couple, while reviewers also praise Alan for thoroughness and punctuality. The stand-out pattern is being available at short notice, often after another cleaner cancelled or let them down. Prices are repeatedly called fair for the amount of work. If you need both pest control and carpet cleaning before an inspection, this is a sensible one-call option.

About Dinnos Carpet Cleaning and Pest Control
Most reviewers book Dinnos for rental exit cleans, with carpet and pest control done in the same visit. Many have used him for years across inspections, bond cleans, and repeat homes. Dinno himself, his wife Jwan, and son Alan all appear in reviews, often working as a family team. There was a time when Arnie had to phone first, and the workmen took off their shoes before entering. Several reviewers mention stains other operators could not shift, especially pet stains and old tracking marks. Some had a previous cleaner cancel or do a poor job, then Dinnos pulled through on short notice. A few reviews note he sprays inside and outside for a range of pests, including fleas and cockroaches. One trade customer has had no pest trouble since 2020. The van has its own generator, so power at the property is not a worry.
Best for: end of lease carpet and pest cleans, same-day or last-minute carpet jobs after another cleaner cancels, and long-term repeat pest and carpet maintenance.
