Butler Bathroom Renovation Ballarat
What that single review shows is a renovation where Justin stayed in touch at every step. The job was on an investment property bathroom with water damage, and the reviewer felt the damage was properly remedied rather than covered over. The crew was described as punctual, tidy, and thoughtful toward the tenant, which is the kind of thing a landlord actually worries about. Still, one review is one job. If you are considering them, ask Justin directly about your timeline and how he handles issues when they come up.

About Butler Bathroom Renovation Ballarat
Justin runs the show and the one review we have names him as the point of contact. He handled communication through every step of a water-damaged investment property bathroom. The job involved repairs, a full renovation, and fixing the underlying water damage so it would not come back. Reviews mention care around tenants, which matters if you own a rental. Tidy and punctual come up in the only review we could read. That is not much to go on yet. This looks like a fit for renovation work where the owner wants one person taking calls. Ask for Justin if you want the contact the reviewer dealt with.
Best for: water-damaged bathroom repairs and full renovations on investment properties in Ballarat.

What sort of bathroom work does Butler Bathroom Renovation Ballarat do?+
Their Google listing is set up for bathroom repairs, renovations, and general contracting. The single review we could read describes a full renovation of an investment property bathroom where underlying water damage was also remedied. That suggests they can take on both the visible renovation work and the cause of the damage behind it.
Who should I ask for at Butler Bathroom Renovation Ballarat?+
Justin is the name mentioned in the only review we have. The reviewer said Justin communicated clearly through every step and addressed issues as they arose. If you want the same point of contact, ask for Justin when you call.
Do they work on investment properties or rented homes?+
Yes. The one review describes a bathroom renovation on an investment property with a tenant in place. The reviewer noted everyone involved was considerate toward the tenant and made an effort to minimise disruption. That is useful to know if you own a rental and need work done while it is occupied.
What do customers say about their cleanliness and punctuality?+
The only review describes the team as professional, punctual, tidy, and good value. That is one customer's experience from one job, so it is a small sample. You would still want to confirm your start time and clean-up expectations directly with Justin.
How long has Butler Bathroom Renovation Ballarat been around?+
The business has been active for roughly 9 years based on its registration details. That said, there is only one public review so far, so the operational history and the review history do not match up yet. Ask Justin about recent local jobs if you want examples.
