Dolls Cleaning Services
A repeat customer says they are thorough, easy to communicate with and well priced.
Tim has used Dolls Cleaning Services multiple times and notes they have been thorough, easy to communicate with and well priced. Another reviewer says it was the best clean they had ever seen. The single negative review describes the older gentleman choosing a weaker mix and then blaming the young workers when the carpet came up poorly. Even so, with such a small sample it is hard to know if that was a one-off. Best move is to ask about the cleaning mix, the drying time and who will actually be on the job.

About Dolls Cleaning Services
Dolls Cleaning Services has been working around Wendouree for roughly 26 years, which means a lot of local carpet history. The cleaner brings young workers onto jobs and supervises them directly, so treat this as a business that trains its own crew. Tim mentions using them multiple times and finds them easy to communicate with and well priced. The one poor review flags a weak cleaning solution being used to save money, so it's worth asking exactly how strong they mix it. One customer called the result the best clean they'd ever seen. Given only four Google reviews in a decade, this is a small, repeat-and-referral style operation rather than a high-volume booking machine. They may suit a landlord freshening up a rental or a homeowner wanting an older carpet cleaned without a big-company price tag. Confirm the mix and the finished result expectations with them before you book.
Best for: repeat residential carpet cleans in Wendouree where you want a well priced local cleaner without a big-company booking process.

How long has Dolls Cleaning Services been operating?+
They have been active for roughly 26 years. That is a long local run, but their Google review footprint is very small, so most of their reputation sits in repeat work and referrals rather than online ratings.
What do customers say about their carpet cleaning quality?+
The sample is small but mixed. Tim has used them multiple times and calls them thorough, easy to communicate with and well priced. Another customer said it was the best clean they had ever seen.
Who will actually do the clean?+
One review mentions an older gentleman supervising two young workers. It looks like the owner or senior cleaner may train a small crew on the job, so confirm who will be attending and who is responsible if a re-clean is needed.
Do they do end of lease or rental cleans?+
Reviews do not specifically mention end of lease work. Given their years in Wendouree and general steam cleaning focus, they are likely to help, but confirm the property requirements and any real estate checklist directly.
