Hidden Valley Pool Solutions
Tim has a track record of bringing neglected pools back to safe, swimmable condition.
Every reviewer mentions Tim by name, and several have used him for years across pools and spas. The stand-out story is a neglected pool full of tadpoles that Tim turned around quickly enough for the family's kids to swim in. His independence comes up too, he's not tied to one product range, so the advice is on gear that suits your setup rather than whatever he sells. With only a handful of reviews to go on, the pattern is clear but narrow: friendly, knowledgeable and willing to take on jobs others won't.

About Hidden Valley Pool Solutions
Tim runs this as a sole trader, so you're getting the person who shows up, diagnoses the problem and fixes it. Reviews mention him across pools and spas, including a pond-like pool full of tadpoles he brought back to swimming condition for a family whose kids had never owned one before. He's not tied to one product brand, so he'll recommend whatever gear actually fits your setup. Customers describe him as knowledgeable, friendly and quick to respond. The work covers regular water treatment, equipment refits and advice on extras like pool blankets and solar heating. A few reviewers say they struggled to find someone willing to service their property before Tim said yes. He seems strongest for ongoing pool and spa care rather than big commercial contracts.
Ongoing pool and spa maintenance, rescuing neglected pools, and equipment upgrades like filtration or vacuuming refits.

What areas does Tim from Hidden Valley Pool Solutions cover?+
The business is based in Redesdale, VIC, but reviews don't spell out a service boundary. One reviewer mentioned trouble finding someone to service their property before Tim agreed, so it's worth asking if he'll travel to you.
Does Tim service both pools and spas?+
Yes. Multiple reviewers mention him working on both pools and spas, with at least one noting he has looked after their spa for many years.
Can Tim help with a badly neglected pool?+
One reviewer bought a house with a very old, neglected pool full of tadpoles and had never owned a pool before. Tim responded quickly, attended fast, and got it back to swimming condition.
Is Tim tied to a particular brand of pool products?+
No. A reviewer specifically pointed out that as an independent he isn't locked into one product line, so he'll recommend the best product for your particular job.
